Understanding the challenge
MITL needed a digital front door that could read as both credible (government-backed infrastructure) and investable, for a global/domestic audience being asked to commit capital to townships at different stages of build-out — from AURIC, nearing completion, to newer nodes like DPIA still coming online.
Designing a seamless experience
The system carries the state's "plug-and-play infrastructure, simplified approvals, complete support" promise through the interface itself — one shared sitemap across web and mobile covering townships, business incentives, infrastructure & connectivity (rail/road/port/air), tenders, careers, and a parallel micro-experience for the AURIC node — so exploring investment options feels as structured as the infrastructure being pitched.

Through intuitive navigation, a clean UI, and a mobile-first approach, we enhanced usability and boosted conversions. The redesign led to a measurable increase in sales and customer retention, with users reporting a smoother and more enjoyable shopping experience.
